Cancellation policy Reservations, cancellations and conditions SkindMediLux policy: All clients are kindly requested to read SkindMediLux's T&C. By booking a treatment, you accept the policy.Treatment booking options: - Online at BOOK NOW - By phone: 07544613195 - Email: skinmedilux@gmail.com - Facebook https://www.facebook.com/skinmedilux - Instagram https://www.instagram.com/skinmedilux/ Please be advised that any appointment booking is subject to a "NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATION FEE "The appointment will only be booked upon payment of a non-refundable deposit. The amount of the deposit is £20 regardless of the scheduled treatment. Each person booking is required to pay the deposit immediately after booking using PayPal, bank transfer/ or cash in the salon otherwise the appointment will be automatically cancelled. Payment of '£20' will be included in the total price of the treatment. The deposit if you do not attend your appointment will be forfeited. Cancellation policy: Each appointment at SkindMediLux can be postponed up to a maximum of 72 hours before the treatment only 1 time. Appointment postponed less than 72 hours before treatment - £20 deposit will be forfeited. If treatment cycles are purchased this will be reduced by 1 visit. A last minute appointment postponed less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the client being charged 50% of the booked treatment amount. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the booked service amount. If treatment cycles have been purchased this will be reduced by one appointment. Clients who fail to attend without notification will be charged the total amount of the booked treatment, which will be charged at the next visit. IMPORTANT: Each SkinMediLux customer can change their booking a maximum of two times. When attempting a third change, the client will be asked for a 'NON-REFUNDABLE FEE' and a further 'NON-REFUNDABLE FEE' of £20 for blocking appointments. Gift Voucher / eVoucher Terms and Conditions: - Each Gift Voucher from SkinMediLux is valid for a maximum of 3 months from the date of purchase. Bookings can be made by calling 07544613195 or via Facebook https://www.facebook.com/skinmedilux Instagram https://www.instagram.com/skinmedilux/Każdy A Gift Voucher entitles the customer to use all SkinMediLux services according to the price list.- Gift Vouchers are non-exchangeable, non-refundable or non-exchangeable. - If the chosen service is more expensive than the value of the Gift Voucher, the client has the option of paying a surcharge. - The voucher must be presented before the visit. - Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with promotions. - The holder of the Voucher accepts the terms and conditions of SkinMediLux Patch Test: SkinMediLux requires a patch test a minimum of 24 hours before any treatments such as eyelash tint/ eyebrow tint/ LVL lash lift. The Patch Test is available free of charge at the SkinMediLux reception desk. Failure to attend a patch test is treated as a no-show and is subject to the client being charged for the appointment. Pregnancy: A pregnant woman can receive many treatments unless she is in her first trimester (12 weeks). In some cases, we may require approval from the client's GP or midwife prior to treatment. Please deliver defective products to SkinMediLux for complaints. Refund policy - services: All treatments are performed by highly trained professionals. Services received are not refundable. Client Consultation Form:Each SkinMediLux client will be asked to complete a health questionnaire prior to a treatment. Failure to complete this will result in SkinMediLux refusing the treatment.
